BlueGrove Labs Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of BlueGrove Labs websites, Atlassian apps, documentation, and related support services.
Last updated and acceptance
Last updated: September 1, 2026.
By ordering, installing, accessing, or using a BlueGrove Labs app, website, documentation, or support service that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”), the customer agrees to these Terms. If you use a Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Scope and platform terms
These Terms apply to Services provided by BlueGrove Labs. Product pages, Marketplace listings, orders, or separate written agreements may add product-specific terms.
These Terms do not replace terms governing Atlassian products, Atlassian Marketplace, customer accounts, billing, or other third-party services. If a mandatory Marketplace process conflicts with these Terms for licensing, purchasing, cancellation, refund, or distribution, that Marketplace process controls for that transaction.
Subscriptions, evaluations, and Marketplace orders
A Service may be free, evaluated, purchased, renewed, cancelled, or refunded through Atlassian Marketplace or another stated ordering channel. Subscription status, trial periods, payment, taxes, cancellation, and refunds are handled under the applicable order and platform rules.
BlueGrove Labs may rely on entitlement and licensing information supplied by the distribution platform. Paid or evaluation features may require a current subscription, evaluation, or other valid entitlement.
License grant
Subject to these Terms and any applicable order or entitlement, BlueGrove Labs grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the applicable Service for the customer’s internal business purposes during the applicable subscription or evaluation period.
This license does not transfer ownership of any app, website, documentation, code, design, trademark, or other BlueGrove Labs intellectual property.
Acceptable use and restrictions
Except where applicable law prohibits a restriction, the customer must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or commercially exploit a Service outside the rights expressly granted.
The customer must not bypass licensing or security controls; misuse Atlassian or other platform APIs; interfere with a Service or its infrastructure; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; violate applicable law or third-party rights; or use a Service in a way that harms BlueGrove Labs, Atlassian, another provider, or another customer.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for its accounts, administrators, users, permissions, installations, configuration, source data, exports, sharing choices, and use of outputs generated by the Services.
The customer must have all rights and permissions needed for information it makes available to a Service and must use the Services in compliance with internal policies, agreements with platform providers, and applicable law.
Data and privacy
The Services may access and process customer data only as needed for documented functionality, configuration, licensing, support, security, and operation, as further described in the Privacy Policy and product-specific permissions and data documentation.
Customers should not include passwords, access tokens, secrets, regulated data, or confidential customer content in support requests unless the disclosure is authorized and necessary.
Support
BlueGrove Labs provides support through the published support channels. Support availability, response targets, and scope may vary by product, plan, ordering channel, and issue severity unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Support may require the customer to provide a product name, Atlassian site, configuration, screenshot, error message, log, or diagnostic context. The customer controls what it shares.
Product outputs and accuracy
A Service may present reports, comparisons, summaries, calculations, exports, visualizations, or other outputs derived from source data and customer-selected settings. Outputs may be incomplete or differ when source data, permissions, versions, configuration, platform behavior, or product support changes.
Outputs are provided for operational and informational use. They are not legal, financial, compliance, audit, or other professional advice, and the customer remains responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or taking action.
Intellectual property and feedback
BlueGrove Labs and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, documentation, software, designs, trademarks, and related intellectual property. Customers retain their rights in customer data.
If a customer voluntarily provides feedback, BlueGrove Labs may use it without restriction or obligation, provided that doing so does not grant BlueGrove Labs rights in the customer’s confidential information or customer data.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” BlueGrove Labs does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every feature will remain available, or that a Service will satisfy every customer workflow, policy, or compliance requirement.
Third-party products and services remain controlled by their providers. BlueGrove Labs is not responsible for changes, outages, data, or conduct of Atlassian or another third party.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueGrove Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profit, revenue, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from a Service.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, BlueGrove Labs’ aggregate liability relating to an affected Service is limited to the amount the customer paid for that Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim; if no amount was paid, the limit is USD 100.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if an entitlement expires, is cancelled, is unpaid or invalid; if the customer materially breaches these Terms; if needed to address security, legal, or platform risk; or if the Service is discontinued.
The customer may stop using a Service through the applicable uninstall or cancellation process. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and payment obligations, will survive.
Changes to the Services or Terms
We may modify or discontinue features and may update these Terms as our Services, platforms, or legal obligations change. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date, and additional notice will be provided where appropriate.
Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law. If the customer does not agree, it must stop using the affected Service.
